Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is a child of a mixed-race family from South London in England. She has a mother who is English and her father Nigerian. She was born and raised in a council estate located south of London. In the ages of fourteen, she was enrolled at The Brit School. In London, she studied at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art where her acting certificate was obtained. At the academy and performing in numerous stage productions, such as the King Henry V as Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe began her career as an actress with the film Storm Damage. Since then, she's been making appearances in guest roles in films like Teachers, Doctors Casualty Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe landed her first motion picture role in the Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. The following year, she played Elisha (a BBC Three drama-pilot) in West 10 LDN. Additionally she was a part of Trexx as Ollie as well as six episodes of Flipside. Madekwe played Bambi on the ITV2 series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was the main character on How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others, a comedy released in the year 2008. The credits she has in her theatre work comprise Little Sweet Thing by Roy Williams as well as Flight Path by David Watson.
Madekwe was officially introduced to her US debut in the series The Beautiful Life in 2009. The show aired just two episodes on The CW, and was then removed from the air. She was cast in February 2011, as Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama Revenge. Madekwe's exit from the series was announced in May 2013. Following two seasons as a main character, she was a guest in the opening episode of season three. The actress played Tituba in the TV program Salem from 2014 to 2016. Madekwe and her partner of many years, Iddo Goldenberg, were wedding in June of 2012. They've collaborated in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl as well as he is also a part of the cast on the show Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario with an extended family. Ashley Leggat was born to Roy and Patty as well her older siblings: Brett, Todd and Bram and Rob. Ashley grew in arenas or baseball parks since her brothers, who were all athletic, played hockey and baseball as well as both during spring and summer. Ashley could never walk, however she did dance. When she turned two-and-a-half she began Baby Ballet and fell in love. Ashley was enthralled by dance following this. Ashley continued to perform competitively throughout high school with top divisions like ballet, tap, Jazz, Pointe, Acrobatics, Musical Theatre, Lyrical, Hip Hop and many more. Ashley won the best soloist prize at each major dance competition, including International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and many more, just to mention a few.
